What is it?
The Supervision Expectations & Evaluation Dialogue (SEED) Tool encourages students to reflect and engage in proactive discussions with their supervisor(s) about their project, expectations, assessment criteria, collaboration and progress. It encourages to record, review and (if necessary) realign agreements, and supports reflection on lessons learned.
